Book is in good condition,

all the pages are clean and well bound together, it says its illustrated, but I find no illustrations in this book, also the only date I found was 1831, it may be that old, but its in nice condition for a book of this age, some slight cover wear and staining (see pictures) and the owners name is written in it.
this is really a nice book for being published in 1831
