293 pages of recipes from a Mothers of Twins Club, in acceptable condition, some aging, pages are all in good solid condition,none loose, only a couple or so pages have markings that I found, there may be a few more, all bound together nicely,some spots as seen on the last page are also on a few of the last pages, but only along the edges, overall a nice cookbook
