In very good condition, typical classmate notations throughout the book, most pages are unmarked, lots of pictures of students and facility, theres a section at the back named "beauty Queens" and has several full page pictures, I have a couple in the photos, it comes with a dust jacket, as that is tattered quite a bit, book is in very good condition,binding is tightbx15
