Cover has some stains but pages are clean and in good condition, back cover had some tears but was taped (see last picture) A very informative publication about this Butler County small rural eastern Nebraska town, Has fairly large print, the pictures are not of very high quality, some are better than others, but they still give a decipherable image "FREE SHIPPING" anywhere in the US
