Cover is separate from the bound pages, cover does have above average wear and aging, and edge fraying, but its all in one piece, should be able to reattach it back to the pages, all the pages are bound together nicely by staples, the first page has a corner torn off, the rest of the pages are in good clean condition, pages do have some aging or yellowing, book is complete but looks like the first and last blank pages are missing, not sure of the age of this book as I couldn't find one exactly like it,Its probably after 1900 referencing from the publishers name, still a very nice book for reading or collecting-br-13,,
